My employment started from the level of Trainee Chemist in Pharma R&D and worked at various Pharma organizations in Bhopal, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Diu & Daman, Raichur, Goa and Vizag. I also had the best working experience from organizations in UK and Northern Ireland.

MY INSPIRATION: It is my grandfather who was a skilled farmer, the great coach and trainer for younger generations at that time. There is an unlimited glory behind my grandfather's achievements which I plan to publish as a Biography in future.

The motive behind naming my website is that: THOUGHT is an individual idea of person who wish to do something in life like achieving employment status in an organization and or to start a business.

The success of an individual's career either in employment or in the business truly depends on that individual's inner motives rather than external ideas or ideas imparted from other sources. In my belief the success is limited and not recognized for those who get ideas from others.

Taking an idea from others either for employment or business or any other activity must be a controlled and recognizable communication in our present-day professional era.

Hence, I named my website for career counselling as an opportunity to understand the job aspirant's inner motives for truly identifying the scope of success factor in getting a job and or starting a small-scale business.
